Purchased wrong airtime card

We purchased the wrong airtime card by accident and need to return it.
But the store we purchased it from said they don't give refunds for these airtime cards.
It hasn't been used or tampered with any way.
Please help me find out how we can get a refund for the card.
We are on a fixed retirement income, and the refund is needed.

I purchased airtime today via the phone. I intended to only purchase 60mins of airtime, but the confirmation reply was slow, and I unintentionally completed a second 60min airtime purchase. Can my account be credited to reflect the single 60min purchase, please? Thanks so much.

I just did the same thing. I tried calling customer service but I couldn't understand the person on the phone. Please help me fix this.
