Minutes/Data/Text not added

Hello

I recently added minutes/data/text to my phone via a pin. It has been two days, and it has yet to have been added/updated to my balance.
What it did do is add the extra 30 days of service that comes with the pin, but it did not add the minutes/data/text.

In the tracfone app and on the tracfone website, when I check the balance it shows the new extended service end date. But when I text 611611, it shows the previous service end date, leaving me more confused.

Why did it only add the 30 days to service, and not the minutes/data/text?

I would greatly appreciate any help trying to figure this out. Thank you!

I am also experiencing a similar issue. I purchased a plan card and added it on the 28th of Feb, but I am getting a message saying that I am unable to send or receive texts, when I purchased an unlimited calls and text plan. Please assist.
