Had this same problem last year. Again this year, the option to add 365 days service to my order doesn't show up.
Is this still available?

Where in the world are you seeing that you can get 365 days for $50? Best I can find is $125 that comes with more data min etc. ALSO why is it they NEVER answer a question on this forum. People keep asking the same questions then they say come chat with us. If I wanted to chat I would do that in the first place. If they would just answer the questions HERE it might even save them time.

It is an add-on choice that appears at checkout. :mrgreen:
It also was a plan choice as UPSELL on the TF myaccount app.

For the past week though, this plan option has not been appearing online and through the app.

I don't know why Tracfone keeps moving this option but now you can find it under the basic phone plans. :roll:

At least it is still there. :mrgreen:
