wrong screen name

A few days ago I called Paypal customer service at the correct number. When I keyed in the number the screen on my Tracfone said I was calling a business in Canada and not Paypal. I have never been in contact with this business on my phone or on any device and they have never been in my contacts,

I don't know how or why their name appeared on my screen when I keyed in an outgoing call to Paypal. Has something like this ever happen to anyone? How is this even possible?
