Recently I purchased and installed a new TF sim card.
Since January 2022, my active account was with Unlimited Talk and Text. As recently as June 2024, I had purchased Unlimited Talk and Text. My service time was extended to December 2024.
When my sim card was activated by an agent, my plan was changed. I've been told in chat and over the phone that I am not on an unlimited plan.
I've lost more than 20GB of data because of this mistake. And I'm concerned that when I make another purchase of more Unlimited Talk and Text, I'm going to lose the remaining balance as well.
No one has been able to tell me why my plan was switched. I'd appreciate an explanation.
