I bought a plan for unlimited talk, text and 24 GB of data in May 2023. I had 18 GB of data on December 31, 2023. I bought a new phone and tried to activate it but was unsuccessful on December 31. I contacted tracfone through the chat bot. I was directed to several agents with no success. I called the 800 number and spoke to several different "managers" with no success. During the process of trying to activate my phone, the plan that I paid $200 for disappeared. I would like to contact the executive resolution dept by phone or email but that information isn't listed on the website. There's just a mailing address. Does anyone know the email address or phone number?
The phone wouldn't make or receive calls or texts.
