I have been a loyal Tracfone user ever since I got my first cell phone {must have been 20 years ago] and until now have had no problems.
Suddenly without warning, my phone was deactivated last week.
I've tried calling Tracfone many times, trying to find out what was going on to no avail. After I tell them my father's middle name they want the numbers that I call the most but none of the ones I give satisfy them. We go down that same rabbit hole every time I call and at this point, I see no future in calling back. Most of the time I get someone I can barely understand anyway.
I can't remember if I ever actually signed into the website and when I click on "forgot password" it says a new one has been sent but it never arrives in my inbox {or junk mail.}
I'm about ready to give up. I don't know what else to do which is a real drag since I just purchased another year of service and minutes.
Can anyone help?
