I went online to purchase a 365 day plan and the expire date shown is 3/2/23. When I purchase the 365 day plan in 2020, 2021, and 2022 the expire date was listed as 3/12 for the following years. Now I have no service!
What happened???

Tracfone customer service resolved my issue last night. Now I have my phone service restored with the correct expiration date and minutes. I can now purchase another 365 day plan.
