Website problem

I've been trying all day to log in on the web site and add an air time card.
Earlier this morning I could get to the screen to enter the PIN but it never updated.
Now, I cannot log in - after entering my password, the screen goes back to the main page. Click on My Account and it wants you to log in. Log in again and get the same result - back to the main page with no account info.

Since the Verizon merger, noticed things going downhill. Which is sad. This mboard is now ignored too by them. No sign of the Mods for eons.

This is a persistent problem. I spent a lot of time in April and thought the problem was fixed. The issue of not being able to sign into my account is back in a little more than a month's time. What the heck?!?!?
It's crazy not to be able to log in.
