Can not call or receive calls

My daughter has been trying to call me. So my wife tried to call it goes to voice mail. I have also tried making a call and it says I am roaming. I am at home and I am not roaming. I have looked online but you have not given any suggestions online on how to fix this. My wife is also with Tracfone and has the exact same phone; she has no problems What's wrong with my phone?

My phone is now working. I was able to call Technical support. If no one ever answers these posts and you do not have another phone how do you ever get your phone fixed? Luckily I had access to another phone. I was told to turn off Wifi and then go to Mobile Network and turn on VoLTE. That did get my phone to work again, but that person hung up before she could explain what was wrong. Can anyone explain what VoLTE is and why it has to turn on and what it does? I do not ever remember it ever being on before.
