Hello I'm getting a new phone and will be using Red Pocket for cell service. Yesterday I contacted the help number 611611 and a Tracfone rep helped me in a live chat get my account ID and told me how to request a PIN to transfer my phone number.
I opened the request with Red Pocket and gave them the account ID and PIN however they told me it failed and to again requestt my account ID and PIN number from Tracfone.
Is there someone who could assist me? I would appreciate your help.
