I've noticed something that is troubling to me. My plan was due to expire today, Oct 18th, 2022. When I logged in to the website to get a refill for another 30 days, it showed that my plan expired yesterday, Oct 17th, 2022. Then when I purchased the refill, only moments later it showed I had a balance of 29 days instead of 30.

I don't have time to pursue it now, but this is the kind of activity that causes people to think again about maintaining a 'relationship' with a vendor.
(still a fairly happy TracFone customer)
