Screwed Out Of 8 Weeks Worth Of Service Days!!

My old 3G phone (Alcatel 205G) had 276 service days as of March 15, 2022. I finally got my new 4G LTE phone (Orbic Journey V) activated and my minutes and service days transferred to it. By my calculation, 276 days from March 15, 2022 is December 16, 2022. My Account showed that expiration date after the service was transferred to the new phone. But now it says “service period ends 10/23/22.” WTF???!!! Where did the rest of my service days go and more to the point, GIVE THEM BACK!!
