Error 16 unable to access tracfone.com

Hello,

I am currently travelling in Portugal and I've been unable to access the tracfone website since, so I'm currently unable to refill my service. Everytime I try connecting to the website I get a message from imperva that access is denied ("This request was blocked by the security rules") with my IP number listed. Is there a way to solve this problem? I've used multiple devices and connections but it's always blocked.

This reply was really unhelpful. I mentioned that I'm temporarily abroad and therefore I have no access to the solutions that were provided. I was sent a link for a chat that also gives the same exact error as the company website.
