PASSWORD RESET IS BROKEN

The password reset link that is sent to my email address does NOT take me to a URL where I can reset my password.

The URL that is sent contains no token, the URL that is in the hyperlink is "https://www.tracfone.com/home?tok=".

It does literally nothing; it either takes you to a 404 Error Page, or it takes you to the Tracfone Home Page.

This is a SERIOUS ISSUE, and it has apparently been an issue on and off for MONTHS.

I am locked out of my account! I need to be able to reset my password and access my account, Tracfone!!!!

I was able to get someone on the phone and do a manual reset that way.

But I repeat: THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY.
