safelink/tracfone shipping

safelink/tracfone shipping

Safelink said they'll replace phone. Ticket they sent to my email doesn't provide shipping info, and there's no info about it in either my safelink or tracfone accounts. Can you tell me which shipping method they use, and if I can find tracking information somewhere?
