My Password not accepted.to access my TF account

Tracfone rejects my TF password which I’ve used for several years. Says sending a reset link to my email address, but that has never been received. Tried several times over period of five hours. Called CS and she told be to turn phone off then back on and should work. Did that several times. Didn’t work and no “reset” email. Need to access my account to review and update my info.

Thank’s, Jude but the “self-help” area has no resolution for the password problem. The Chat option is still unresponsive (apparently been that way for a couple of days) and the telephone CS said they know there is a problem and they’ve been working on it. Poor IT if they can’t resolve after a day or two IMO. I need to access my TF account! Thank you. Do you suggest I call corporate?

Tracfone needs to fix these login issues. They have been occurring for months! :roll:

I almost lost all my minutes/texts/data after I forgot to renew my plan that had expired just a few days ago - And I Was Not Able To Login To Fix It! :evil:

Fortunately I was able to call Tracfone with another phone, and use the automated system to reactivate my phone before it was too late.

Later I was able to check my account with the Tracfone App, but still not able to login on either a desktop, or phone browser - with alternate internet access.
