turn off discover bar

Hello,

How can I turn off the Discover Bar on my Blu View 3 Tracfone?

Google>Initial>Settings>General>turn off Discover doesn't work. When I tap my Initial there is no Settings to tap.

Never mind I figured out a way to do it. All the ways they tell you how to do it didn't work, you can't tap something that isn't there.
