Hello. I ordered a phone two weeks ago, and I'm very disappointed with how long it is taking to receive it. I understand backlogged orders do happen, but I feel two weeks is more than long enough. I've also been very disappointed in the customer service I've received. I have now been without a phone for two weeks since my old one broke, and I kind of need one in order to stay in contact with my employer. I would love to know why my order is taking so long and if it is at all possible to get a partial refund or some other compensation. If not, I would like to find out if/how I can cancel my order and get a full refund and I will not be shopping with Tracfone again.
