My Blu View1 phone unexpectedly dropped its cellular network connection and I'm unable to make any calls or send texts, although my WiFi connection still works OK and I can use the Chrome browser. I tried turning the phone off and on and also reseating the SIM card, but this didn't do anything. Do I need a new SIM card because maybe I'm supposed to start using the Verizon network? Thanks.
