Tracfone unable to correct wrong caller ID

I have now called tech support FIVE times wasting anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes on each call. I even had a "call back" from yesterday's call today and the tech support woman started from scratch as if she wasn't even following up on yesterday's efforts.

Seems simple. Tracfone assigned me a number when I activated a new phone. New number is associated with someone else and I would like it to display MY NAME instead of the previous user of the line. Is that too much to ask?

I am posting this so I have enough posts in order to reply to the PM sent to me from tracfone.
