I realize this is PROBABLY not going to be resolved through this forum, but...like OP, I've tried Chat & 611611 key words & whenever I've *called* in the past, I'm speaking to somebody usually with a THICK Indian accent who has NO idea what I'm talking about. So ok, here's the situation (similar to OP's): I've used Tracfone for YEARS. Our family has had probably 3-5 phone numbers through them & ordered as many phones. There had been a huge mix-up a long time ago where all our family's account info (orders, etc) was being added to an account with my husband's email address. That was *wrong*, EVERYTHING should come to MY email address. I have, for reasons I can't remember, over YEARS, used two different email addresses (of MINE). I use a password storage program so now I have a total of 3 email addresses & passwords for each that SHOULD work. I was trying to login in order to refill my service last week b/c I was getting a TON of emails from Tracfone, to my
REGULAR email, with links to purchase airtime. I clicked on the link & the fun began. Essentially, I've tried a dozen or so times to login--first with my
REGULAR email...but I keep getting a message in red that says this is not a valid login?? Even though I've ALWAYS used this email (I'm actually getting messages from Tracfone TO this email...clearly that email is in your system??). This is the email I've used for **years** to order phones & pay for *monthly* service for my daughter & I. So ok, doesn't want to log me in with my
REGULAR email. I tried it by phone number. Mine & my daughter's. Only NONE of the passwords I have saved work with the phone numbers. For each one, I clicked "Forgot my password" & it said they'd send a link to the email address on file, & they did, to my
REGULAR email. I've gotten I think 3 emails & 2 texts so far, after using my regular email & both phone #'s "forgot password", all with links to reset it. HOWEVER---every time I click that link, the only thing it does is either take me straight to the home page which takes me back to square one, or takes me to the login page, which takes me to square two.

Weird thing is, whenever I enter my *alternate* email, which I quit using with TF years ago-it goes through & lets me try to put in a password. Which of course, none of them work with this email either. And I've clicked "forgot password" with this email address & it says an email will be sent to the email address on file with a link to reset. However, using this *alternate* email, I don't get a reset email to EITHER email address or either phone. I was able to login to this forum with no problem. ? So this is the ONLY way right now I can prove to Tracfone that I have some kind of account with them? I don't get asked for a PIN anywhere either. So PLEASE---WHAT CAN I DO to *actually* RESET MY PASSWORD???? Is there a HUMAN BEING that checks ANY of the "contact" options (chat, 611611, forums, Facebook, IG, Twitter, Youtube, etc.?). I am VERY hesitant to *call* because of language barriers...why is it that we cannot communicate electronically about things in 2022 when I can better explain the whole issue? Why in the WORLD has Tracfone not gotten the message over 15+ years to GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS we can write to???

PLEASE. ANYBODY who works at Tracfone, and has ACCESS to customer accounts...PLEASE contact me and give me SOME way of having this issue resolved?? THANKS.
