I currently have a tracfone account for my Galaxy S10 which I renew service for on an annual basis. I have activated my older Galaxy S9 to give to a family member to use. I went through the Customer Support telephone number to get it activated. The problem I have is that I can't get into the account because there apparently is no password. I told that to customer support and they said they'd send an email to change the password but the emails never arrive. The address for the emails should be
clarkb3006@gmail.com which is the S9's account. I know the email works because I can email and text that address. There could be another problem involved. My email, , was inadvertently put in to the S9"s account. Still, I get no reset password email at that account either. Can you please help straighten this out?
