90 day 60 minute plan

I have a Moto g6 and am enrolled in auto refill of the 90 day 60 minute plan. My wife has an Alcatel TCL A3 but has been unable to sign up in auto refill for the same 90 day 60 minute plan, saying that phone is not eligible, yet she can add minutes using a Walmart 90 day 60 minute electronic card? We want to save the money with auto refill on her account with this phone.

TracFone still won't let me buy a 90 day 60 minute plan from their website for my Alcatel TCL A3 phone. I started service with a 90 day 60 minute plan from Walmart. Will I be able to continue the 90 day 60 minute plan if I continue to go through Walmart instead of buying directly from the TracFone website? They let me use this plan on my TracFone Moto G6 but not the TCL A3 line.
