On Feb 15, 2022, I clicked on a Tracfone Rewards promotion (while logged into my account). It offered 7000 points for adding a new line. I purchased a new phone and added a new line to my existing account. When I didn't see the points pending after a few days, I called and was told by a CSR that he could see them on his end and they'd be added to my account. I can't remember exactly when he said, but I think it was after 60 days.
It's now been more than 60 days and I only show 63 points for the line activation. I called today and spoke with 7 different people. I still don't have the points. In searching this forum, I see it's happened to others. And someone else specifically mentioned getting 63 points instead of 7000. I'm wondering if anyone has resolved this issue.
