Missing 7000 Reward Points For New Line

On Feb 15, 2022, I clicked on a Tracfone Rewards promotion (while logged into my account). It offered 7000 points for adding a new line. I purchased a new phone and added a new line to my existing account. When I didn't see the points pending after a few days, I called and was told by a CSR that he could see them on his end and they'd be added to my account. I can't remember exactly when he said, but I think it was after 60 days.

It's now been more than 60 days and I only show 63 points for the line activation. I called today and spoke with 7 different people. I still don't have the points. In searching this forum, I see it's happened to others. And someone else specifically mentioned getting 63 points instead of 7000. I'm wondering if anyone has resolved this issue. The information provided is useless. It merely suggests contacting Tracfone, which I've done countless times. I've wasted hours of time on the phone with CSR. The CSR usually say somethin like "unfortunately, we can't add the points" because... (1) the promotion does not exist (still advertised on the website) or (2) I never added a second line (it's still active and showing on my account). The last person I spoke with said he verified I did qualify and the points would be added to my account within 24 hours. That was 2 days ago and I still don't have them. His name was Louie and he gave me an employee ID of 512499.

I can't believe this company is so steadfastly refusing to give something that literally costs them nothing. It's false advertising to promise an incentive to entice someone to make a purchase and then refuse to provide what was promised.
