My daughters account went from a service end date of 5/4/22 to 4/13/22 when I added 1G of data yesterday on 4/13/22. Very odd since I also had auto-refill set up. I did start receiving end of service emails recently, but thought that was a glitch since I had auto-refill set up. Now it shows as inactive. I tried chatting with someone on the website but they were no help. I have a screen shot from the app showing the status before it became inactive but I'm not sure how to upload it. Thanks for your help.
