Problem with Tracfone ebay store listings and website

Hello.

Just wanted to alert Tracfone/Verizon that the Tracfone eBay store is showing all of the items it sells as being in "Used" condition or preowned including phones, sim kits and plans. Normally, most of it is in New condition. Seems like a listing error.

Also, the new Tracfone.com website has been very difficult to use lately. Sometimes you can't login, sometimes you can login but then it throws up errors when you try to navigate the site and you cannot purchase plans or phones or use rewards points to do so. It's been very difficult to use. And it's not just me there are a lot of people experiencing this. There are some online forums where users and fans of Tracfone service discuss related topics and there are many people there who are having difficulties making purchases and just using the site. Was hoping maybe it could be looked at and addressed.
