Obtaining call history

When obtaining a copy of call history of the trac phone by contacting tracfone customer support using the phone's IMEI number, how far back can you go on the phone call records?

Is it only the last 90 days or can go back as much as 10 years?

Are you just able to tell me how far back you can go in obtaining the call records ie, the last 90 days or 10 years because I just want to know that for now and I currently don't need to obtain the call history yet.
