Being poor sucks, it means we have to put up with crappy phone service because we can't afford to go with a real phone company.

It use to be that I went to my SafeLink account, click on the link, Check Balance, and it would then send me to the page: ... E&lang=en# and I would have a break down of my SafeLink Benefits as well as my purchased benefits. That is no longer the case. Now it returns a 404 page not found error. Instead I am suppose to text 611611 to get my balance but it does not break it down so I can't tell if TracFone is screwing with my balance or not.

I think TracFone doesn't want us to really know.
