Need an update on my order

chat was not able to help and multiple callbacks left for support have not been received.

I am a current Tracfone customer and placed an order for an additional phone and service. This was done on 3/17/22 and all the order ever says is 'Pending remote fulfillment'. However, my credit card was charged right away.
I need to know if my order will be completed or not.
