VoLTE Act Now Message ?

Hello folk's -

I have received 2 ACT NOW messages from TF:

Service Msg: ACT NOW and update your settings to avoid service interruption. Click (http://tf-w.co/enableVoLTE) for instructions to update your settings.

I went to the enable VoLTE instructions but my phone does not have this feature.

I have an unlocked BYOP iPhone 8 with a new-ish AT&T SIM card that was activated on 2/22/2022.

I am running Apple iOS 15.4 - the enable VoLTE instructions are for iOS 13 & 14.

I can enable the LTE feature by turning on cellular data but there is NO OPTION in my settings for VoLTE.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do about this ?
