Well alrighty then, I’m letting you know. As stated in my first post in this thread, my old 3G phone (Alcatel 205G) had 442.22 minutes, 276 service days, and Double Minutes For Life (DMFL) as of March 15, 2022. After much consternation (also detailed in this thread), I finally got my new 4G LTE phone (Orbic Journey V) activated and my minutes and service days transferred to it. Since then, I haven’t purchased additional minutes so I don’t know if the DMFL transferred. Anyway by my calculation, 276 days from March 15, 2022 is December 16, 2022.
My Account showed that expiration date after the service was transferred to the new phone. But now it says “service period ends 04/30/22.” WTF???!!! Where did the rest of my service days go and more to the point,
GIVE THEM BACK!!
