Can't log in to my account

I cannot access my account. Message keeps saying my email and password are wrong and my number isn't eligible for an account. It's a brand new phone and brand new account. Stayed on hold waiting to speak to customer service for over an hour only to get transferred and disconnected. I need to log in can you please help. Ty

So frustrated, so I found this site to see what's going on with TracFone On-line.
I need to update my profile and credit card information, and it simply won't let me get into my account. I've tried off and on for many days now.
The log-in comes up and I enter all my info and it keeps taking me back to "log-in", over, and over and over again.
I realize that Verizon has bought out TracFone, but I don't understand what is going on with their website.
I've been a loyal customer for many years now. I only use my computer to log in and I don't do things like this on my cell phone. So, I need the website to be up and running.
Apparently, I'm told it is running----only what good is it, if a customer can't log into their account!
HELP.

Same issue here. I even changed browsers, used a VPN, and I cannot log into my Rewards account. I can get onto the main log in, but when I go to my Rewards page, I am prompted again for my username and password (as usual), only this time I get an error message about wrong username/password. Unable to go to live chat as well. There is no live chat option showing.

Mark, the online chat feature is not working either.

Like many others I am unable to login to my account. This has been going on for several weeks. I keep getting a popup that says: "We apologize, but we cannot process your transaction at this time. Please try again later or call us at 1-800-867-7183." Please Help!
