I have recently signed up for data in order to send and receive texts from my work wi-fi and at home. Wi-fi at work lasted about three days then stopped, and at home, even worse. I sent a text with photos this past Monday (June 6), and received a reply today (Saturday, June 11). This was a legal matter and the other party thought I was ignoring them even though I responded immediately (on Monday, June 6, 2022). I can understand delays - but 6 days??? I also received other replies to texts sent out last Monday. So it was not an anomaly. I have tried repeatedly to contact Tracfone online, get the chat going, then it disappears so not a thing is resolved. I want to cancel my Tracfone plan, but I have automatic withdrawal, and my non-service is deducted from my account. I need a resolution to this immediately.
