I am unable to navigate to tracfone.com. I get an Error 15 access denied message.

I'm trying to verify my child's phone is on auto renew as it did not work last month and his service was disconnected.

I have the same problem. Tracfone.com Access Denied Error 15. I need to get to the main page to activate my phone. When will this actually by addressed and fixed?!?!?
