Activate after switching phones fail.

I had an older LG model LGL21G and just received and activated a new Galaxy A21. It's been over 24 hours and the phone is still not active.

At the web page for info about my new phone in the ACTIVE DEVICES under the "Device" section it still shows my old phones IMEI.

Is this correct?

If I remove this active phone and try to (re)activate it again will I loose all my balance Data, Minutes, and Text?
