Here is the message I receive when opening my tracfone account

'Your phone service was scheduled for deactivation on '2020-11-13' in accordance with TracFone''s Terms and Conditions. This occurred because our records indicate that your phone has not been in use since '2020-01-16 00:00:00'. You may Reactivate your phone now and are not required to add an Airtime Card if you still have Service Days remaining on your phone.'

How do I reactivate my phone ?. I am French Canadian and I could not go to the United States, the land customs having been closed for 19 months due to covid-19. Tracphone does not work in Canada. I am going to the United States from November 8, 2021, the opening date of American customs

Last day of service = 01/22/2022
