Safelink account canceled, Bought airtime through Tracphone

My safelink account is showing canceled. I purchased airtime through website that let me purchase from Tracphone. The phone has not updated, not able to make or receive calls, or texts messages. Phone is not showing registered with a network when trying to make out going call. I need my phone to work since I purchased airtime last night.
