Question about Auto-Refill

Hi,

When I activated my service just under 90 days ago I set my service to Auto-Refill. My 90 days will end in about 10 days and I just got an email telling me I needed to refill my time. When I went into my account there's a button to enroll in Auto-Refill, but I already did that, so what's going on? Did Tracfone never set my account to Auto-Refill?
