Account Number & PIN for Porting Out

Where can I find my account number? Also, how do I release my TracPhone number for porting?

I set a "Security Pin" in my online portal - can you please confirm this is the PIN necessary to port a number out?

Hi bockers00. This is TracFone - Maria. Your account number is the serial number or the IMEI/MEID of your phone. If your have BYOP device, it is the last 15 digits of your SIM number. You just need to contact the other service provider to initiate the port out process to release your phone number. Also, the security PIN is the PIN you created on your account. For further assistance, please check your Forum inbox for a message. Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your Forum inbox. You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thank you.
