EBB approved. Not added on account.

I was approved for EBB but it is not being added to my account.

I have 0 minutes, 0 data, 0 texts.

I have chatted and talked with customer support 2 times and no one can help.

I was supposed to get a call back once from technical support to "Look further into my account" but they never called.

Has anyone been successful at getting EBB to work on their Tracfone?

I bought a plan just to keep using my phone. There are 2 plans. The EBB has 0.

Do I need a new phone that will work with EBB?
