Transfering number

I got a new tracfone, and I want to transfer my old number and minutes to my new tracfone.
I went to the activation page, but I don't know which of the three options to select.

The three options are:
I have a tracfone phone, I'm bringing my own smartphone, and I have other devices. I don't know which one of these to select because I don't know which will allow me to transfer my number. I don't want to accidentally create a new number for this phone. I want to transfer my old number from my old tracfone to my new tracfone.

I'd like to contact a customer service representative via online chat, but I don't know how to do that.

Your new phone should have come with instructions with the steps to transfer.

You can do it online yourself via the Tracfone.com website or get on chat with a CSR to do it. :mrgreen:
