just found my 8000 points missing from the account.
Although it is still shown in the history, but I do not have any pending or available points in my account.

I'm having a similar situation with my rewards points, however my problem is that they're still pending after a week, and I currently have three non-working phones, how do I add my points to my plan so I can get my phone working.

Well, I just added a line and no points showed up at all! This company is soooo frustrating.

Added a new line to my account followed the link from my account login, after 3 days it showed up only 63 rewards points pending, what is going on? I am suppose to get 7000 points. Please help and credit the rewards point to my account.
