Hi - I have two Tracfone accounts, one for myself, and one for my son. Both of them seemed to have "lost" several thousand reward points a few months ago. Tracfone customer care mentioned they would look into it for me, but I never heard back.
My reward history shows the points I should have, but my "Available" total is several thousand points less than what I should have in total.
Can one of the Tracfone CSRs help me, please?
