I have a 5G capable phone with TracFone service, but I'm not getting 5G services anywhere.
My question is: Does TracFone currently provide 5G services?

Hi shuderchen. I'm TracFone - Maria. We don't offer 5G network on TracFone yet. However, we are doing our best to make it possible in the near future. Should you need assistance, please check your Forum inbox for a message. Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your Forum inbox. You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thank you.
