Moving a Phone to a Different Account

I have two phones under my account. Someone else uses the other phone. If I remove their device from my dashboard, will they be able to add it to their account dashboard? And will the active service remain uninterrupted after it's removed from my dashboard?

Hi leewriting. My name is TracFone Jude. Yes, the phone can be removed from your account and can be transferred to a different account. The phone will not be interrupted and will remain active. Please be advised that you will need to answer the security question in order to remove the serial number/IMEI/MEID from the account.
