Old tracphone new unlocked GSM phone

I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 purchased from Tracfone. I bought an unlocked GSM Samsung Galaxy A11 ("Unlocked for All Carriers") to replace the J7.

Can I use the sim card from the J7, and If so, what is the procedure?

If I do need to purchase a BYOP sim card, is there anything special I need to do when activating the new A11 to transfer my account particulars (phone number, minutes, data, service date) from the J7 to the A11?

Will the triple minutes also transfer?
