I have 2 identical phones (LG REBEL LTE). One I have been using and the other is new and has never been used. Can I take the SIM card out of the used phone and put it in the new phone? Will this cause any problems? Will my phone number transfer over to the new phone? Will my texts, contacts, and pics be on the new phone?

You need to transfer your service from one phone to the other.
You will need the sim number and the IMEI/MEID of the new phone.
You can do this via TF chat or online via the website.

To transfer contacts, pics, and texts to the new phone, you will need to download an app.
TF has a Transfer Wizard app (find it on the Google Play Store) which will do this.
