Hello. I've been a tracfone customer some years. About a month ago, I upgraded from flip-phone to smart phone. Yesterday, my smart phone (iphone) disappeared. I' pretty sure that it got stolen.

Okay, so I need to get a phone ASAP.

I have my old flip phone. Can I get that reactivated temporarily? How can I do that?

Also, in 2015, when I was a Verizon customer, I purchased through them an Android. Is that something I can use?

BTW I freely confess to not being very tech savvy. Thanks for the assistance you gave me in the past.
