iPhone SE (2020) and Visual Voicemail

First, I have an original iPhone SE purchased from TracFone with a T-Mobile compatible TracFone SIM. Visual Voicemail works just fine.

Second, problems arise with the new iPhone SE (2020) purchased directly from Apple. I have purchased three TracFone SIMS, each compatible with one of T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon. Each SIM was activated with its own AIRTIME SERVICE PLAN.

It turns out that ONLY the Verizon compatible SIM provides Visual Voicemail. This is most unfortunate for me because the only good reception I get is with the T-Mobile compatible SIM.

Why, when both use T-Mobile compatible SIM's, does the old iPhone SE get Visual Voicemail while the new iPhone SE does not? I've spent money buying AIRTIME SERVICE PLAN's to analyze the problem thus far. Please take it further without referring me elsewhere.
